Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor position Graduate Institute of Labor Research, National Chengchi University, Taiwan 2024 Job Announcement   The Graduate Institute of Labor Research (GILR) at National Chengchi University seeks applications for a Tenure-Track position of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor with primary expertise in the fields of Sociology of Work, Social Security and Work-related Sustainability.   Qualification of candidates includes a Ph.D degree, at least the assistant professor certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of Taiwan and 1 years of research and teach experience.   Successful candidate for this tenure-track position is expected to teach a variety of courses in the following fields (in Chinese and English) :   Graduate courses: Sociology of Work, Social Security and Work-related Sustainability. Responsibilities: Prepare and conduct onboarding and termination operation. Assist new hire orientation including documents verification and collection. Conduct social insurance and labor pension related operation. Conduct group insurance related operation. Leave & overtime management to ensure in compliance with the policy of company. Analyze and provide related reports to fulfill each requirement. Maintain and preserve documents. Responsible for overseas payroll, income tax and insurance. Other Assignments.
