Responsibilities:
Prepare and conduct onboarding and termination operation.
Assist new hire orientation including documents verification and collection.
Conduct social insurance and labor pension related operation.
Conduct group insurance related operation.
Leave & overtime management to ensure in compliance with the policy of company.
Analyze and provide related reports to fulfill each requirement.
Maintain and preserve documents.
Responsible for overseas payroll, income tax and insurance.
Other Assignments.
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree, preferably in HR management or Administration.
At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Administration related.
6 months contractor.
Salary
$310K ~ $480K TWD/ Annually
