Job Responsibilities
1.Perform administrative tasks for the team, such as invoicing, filing, client database update and share-drive data maintenance.
2.Organize the client meetings, events/seminar flyers/invitations, business development activities and team meetings etc.
3.Answering the telephone and putting the customer through to the right person, transmits messages quickly and correctly to the right person.
4.Keeping records and files update.
5.Assist team with a variety of administrative tasks as assigned.
6.Establish, maintain and manage client subject files, personal working files, and legal plan documents as applicable.
7.Provide front-line support for queries in relation to Career products, on-line system and general survey process issues.
8.Assist consultants in data cleaning and validation for survey products and information research and data analysis for consulting projects, etc.

Job Requirements
1.Proficient in both written and oral English and Chinese
2.Strong team oriented, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
3.Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and work efficiently against deadlines.
4.Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
5.Commitment to high quality and timely delivery
