Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and conduct onboarding and termination operation.

  • Assist new hire orientation including documents verification and collection.

  • Conduct social insurance and labor pension related operation.

  • Conduct group insurance related operation.

  • Leave & overtime management to ensure in compliance with the policy of company.

  • Analyze and provide related reports to fulfill each requirement.

  • Maintain and preserve documents.

  • Responsible for overseas payroll, income tax and insurance.

  • Other Assignments.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in HR management or Administration.

  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Administration related.

  • 6 months contractor.

Salary

$310K ~ $480K TWD/ Annually
